Anyone hear of the paleo/primal diet? It's basically made up of things the cavemen would've eaten.. like raw veggies, steak/fish, and other completely natural foods. Things like grain are left out, because they're supposedly toxic in raw form, and hence wouldn't have been eaten by cavemen. It sounds pretty interesting, but I'm not sure how well it works, or how well it would work with this lifestyle at least.. Figured I'd put this out there and try to get some conversation started!

Makes sense.. I mean, cavemen didn't have all that processed shit in their diet. I'm trying to cut back on that stuff, but it's so expensive to eat fresh/organic stuff.
